Very thorough and great service as always!
As always, the staff at East Lansing Family Dentistry is exceptional. They were able to get me an appointment very quickly, and were very helpful. Where at other dentist offices I feel like the staff is scolding me for not always flossing or brushing properly, the staff at this office are nothing but encouraging, pushing to get people on the right track in their oral care in a friendly and respectful way.
This office really goes of their way too individualise care to their patients' preferences! Every point of contact - scheduling, insurance, hygienists, techs and dentists - has been friendly and helpful. They present a variety of options - for instance, ways to minimize pain during the crown process and wait for the crown. They are knowable and current with technology.
