The customer service is fabulous! I was notified on Sunday that my Monday morning appointment would need to be rescheduled due to my hygienist being out sick. I was called first thing Monday morning and was rescheduled for that afternoon. As a result of the early notification, I didn't have to miss any work. The hygienist I did see was extremely thorough, even pointing out someone nobody else had previously showed me. I was in and out in a decent amount of time too. Excellent experience. Staff was courteous and professional at all times. The office staff had very good safety precautions/social distancing measures in place and they were clear and easy to follow. Dental staff was equally excellent -- efficient, prompt and thorough. An enjoyable visit to the dentist!
My teeth were cleaned by Karly and was most satisfied with the job she did. Doctor Fedore adjusted my appliance and I was set to go for another six months.
East Lansing Family Dentistry makes a visit to the dentist as pleasant can be. The office operates on time, and gets the job done. There is now even a side table for filling out the COVID questionnairre, so that patients don't have to wait out in the cold.
Karly did a fantastic job doing my periodontal maintenance procedures yesterday. She is technically competent, and very personable!
Awesome Dentist Dr. Fedore and the staff are friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Learned a few new dental tips that I never heard about before.
