I've been a patient at Family Dentistry for over 35 years. I've experienced many dental emergencies and complications due to myriad issues unrelated to the dental care I've received. The care and compassion I've experienced from Dr. Fedore and his staff have been unparalleled, the knowledge/ skill level the same. The office runs like a top and the Dental hygienists are terrific. I am a Nanny, and the children in my care (based on my recommendation) also see this staff. They actually look forward to going to their visits!
Family Dentistry is a highly profestional , competent and extremely customer focused service, throughout their entire organization.
My recent visit to East Lansing Family Dentistry was, as previous visits have also been, both professional, friendly and punctual. I am a long-standing patient of this practice and having some familiarity with healthcare in general and only state that FD is first class in every way.

You always take good care of me! Dr. Fedore sets the culture for excellent service, and his staff follows his lead. It's a jogging term, but I think it fits here, "The speed of the leader - is the speed of the group." Good leadership goes along with good customer service. It appears you have them both!

I loved the visit with my new hygienist. What a sweetheart! She was gentle, thorough, and professional. The office was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly and proficient.
