We've lived here for three years. After the first year we were given the option to sign another lease or pay more monthly and do month to month. Each year they have sent us a new lease and each year we have declined to sign and stick to month to month. They sent us another one this September and again we declined to sign it. Just notified the office that the building was being pressure washed without notification. My stuff is drenched. The guy even sprayed me. Office knew it was happening and did nothing. Ridiculous. This is not the first issue we have had with the new County management. Will not be renewing or referring anyone to this complex.
I love living here! The apartments are great, and so are the people!!
