Horrendous experience for my family member, no staff with the knowledge of overriding the dialysis machine. Life threatening experience. Staff is NOT trained for proper emergency protocols.
Someone need to check on the human beings be transported in and out of this facility, MANY things are just WRONG AND INHUMANE! PLEASE.
The staff don't have compassion for the patience this place should be reported and it should be checked by the city the schedule the rides they make drivers and patients wait for a long periods of time. If someone could send me the number where I can report them please do.
