***MY "STAR" REVIEW IS BASED SOLELY ON THE BILLING TEAM*** Dr. Moll and his staff were great when I had to have a tooth removed and an implant placed. The surgery was in 1/2023, my last visit with them was in 4/2023. He, his surgical team, and his staff were great in person. However, in 12/2023 I received an unexpected bill for almost $600. From 4/2023 - 12/2023 no one bothered to let me know there was anything past due which I find terribly troubling especially since December is the holiday season. Had a great experience here, getting my wisdom teeth removed at the Greenfield branch. Above and beyond nice staff, truly concerned for my wellbeing and comfort. I found Dr. Moll quite friendly and funny.
Amazing! Very friendly staff. Dr. Moll is also very friendly and does great work. Highly recommend!
