We purchased a new Chevy Traverse. Probably the most pleasant car leasing experience I ever had. Very thorough and flexible with everything. No gimmicks or tricks , just honesty. Very good tutorial on how everything works. The Sales Manager Joe was excellent. Highly recommend.
HUGE WASTE OF TIME! Gary was very helpful on the phone. Gave a great price for a Traverse. He ignored me every time I asked for it in writing. I texted and called multiple times to get it in writing. He assured me the deal is good. He told me to come in whenever and we will close the deal. When he told me to come in whenever I told him I would be in to the dealership in 1.5 weeks. Dear Mr. Arnell, I'm sorry for any lack of communication that occurred. I'm told you called in at the end of August. While incentives change from month to month, we couldn't ask for a deposit to secure the vehicle as your time frame (1.5 weeks) to come in extended from August to September and we couldn't guarantee the same incentives would be available. Worst car dealership, never trust them no matter how legitimate they say they are. I went to buy a used car and agreed to buy it. Give them all of my detail for loan since they only finance through them. But since it was Sunday, they said come back tomorrow with all the documents.
