Disgusting laundry rooms. Management don't want to do anything with maintenance. They claim that laundry machine are not theirs so they won't touch them. But you boast about laundry on floor? They do not even coordinate with machine company to maintain and upkeep. Laundry rooms have dirty water on floor which is never cleaned. If you are lucky you get a working washer. Terrible place to stay at, they have been working on the elevator for the last 1.5 years- and out of the two elevators the second one always breaks down ( new elevators). People take 1 year to build a building, they have taken 1 year to just fix elevators. No initiative taken to help the tenants. We waste almost 30 mins waiting for the elevator every day. Back to the stone ages.
I lived here for 2 years and moved out by the end of 2024. While the views from upstairs were absolutely beautiful and the accessibility to the PATH station was amazing, there were some MAJOR safety issues with this building. One of the two elevators kept breaking down, and one time it started dropping rapidly from 8th floor and I literally thought I was about to die. A great community with ample amenities. The gym is great, has a pool and the views of the manhattan is stunning. The staff has been helpful. Great place to stay.
