Don’t rent here, overpriced and elavator never works. Been waiting since more than 1.5 years for the elevators to be functional. If you rent here, be ready to wait 20 minutes every morning and every evening for the elevator. Be prepared to be late for all your important meetings. Also the laundry machines are all broken and they never repair them, seeing this since 3 years. Be prepared to wash all your clothes by hand. I enjoy living by the river and the convenient PATH access, but ongoing issues have seriously affected quality of life. Elevator problems have persisted for nearly two years, with one elevator often out of service for months at a time. Even after servicing, the elevators continue to break down, and residents have reportedly been stuck multiple times. This was my very first apartment after moving here and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. First off, safety and cleanliness were super important to me, and this neighborhood totally delivered. It’s clean, beautiful, and secure. I could walk outside at night and feel completely safe. Disgusting laundry rooms. Management don't want to do anything with maintenance. They claim that laundry machine are not theirs so they won't touch them. But you boast about laundry on floor? They do not even coordinate with machine company to maintain and upkeep. Laundry rooms have dirty water on floor which is never cleaned. If you are lucky you get a working washer.
