I am extremely disappointed with the level of care my family member received during their scheduled phone consultation with Dr. Hara. At the time of booking the appointment, I clearly informed the receptionist that my family member is disabled and that I was arranging the consultation on their behalf as Power of Attorney. I explained the reason for the referral and outlined the primary medical concerns that needed to be addressed.
