Dr. Bica is the best doctor I have ever seen. Very easy to talk to. He listens to you, evaluates, then explains your situation, with hand drawn illustrations...which I really like! Takes his time doesn't rush. He answers all questions and makes sure you understand the answers before you leave the office. Excellent!
