I would recommend EGAH to anyone. I've had many pets, some with some serious health issues. Service and compassion has always been top notch. All staff at the hospital are always so friendly and knowledgeable. They have seen me through some very tough times.
Went to pick up my dog, a shih tzu from boarding yesterday. On our way out of the vet's office she was attacked by a large dog that was loose in the office, a believe it was a boxer. He grabbed her by the neck, my husband pulled him out, getting bitten in the process, but he came back for more and grabbed her hind. My husband had to go to the urgent care for the bites in his hands. Several staff in the office, not one had a taser or something to helps us. Not one doctor had the decency to come out and talk to us. They refuse... read more

Doctor Etherington is just the best. My pup had several complicated issues but she was on top of everything. She even called a few days after an appointment to see whether out shift in treatment was helping. Who does that?? The whole staff is compassionate and professional. If I lived an hour away, I would still make the trip because they are worth it.
Just wanted to extend my gratitude to EGAH and Dr. Etherington for the care they gave to my dog Kato, and the support they gave my son and I during our difficult time on 6/21/16 when we had to put our beloved companion Kato down. We had him for much longer than we thought we were going to have him, and I personally wanted to thank all of you for your care, understanding get and support. He was a best friend and will be greatly missed. So again from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU
