Beth c. (LVT), Dr. Spock, and Dr Chew along with the rest of the staff were very helpful when I brought in my cat. We were not a established patient there but we were seen promptly! Beth was very caring and understanding of Stitch’s needs and was quiet, gentle and comforting. My cat had a broken leg and required 2 overnights and a surgery. Everyone kept in great communication calling me as promised and letting me stop in to check on him following x-rays and surgery! We have been taking our pets to EGAH for over 13yrs. We have always received professional and compassionate care. This past week, we had to make a very tough decision to put an end to our dog Stella’s suffering. On that day, we were given so much compassion, love and respect for ourselves and our precious girl❤️We couldn’t of asked for a more peaceful end to the long life that our girl had lived. I recently had to have my fur baby put to sleep. His health failed and we exhausted every avenue. Jinx was a 12 year old peke. The staff was so amazing. They have helped us so very much. They sent us an arrangement and card after our loss. We will be forever greatful for all the compassion and caring towards our fur baby and our family. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

I've taken my pets to EGAH for the past 14 years. I currently take all 3 of my pugs there. My almost 12 year old was having problems walking and going up and down stairs. He was quickly diagnosed, prescribed medicine and within an hour of his first dose, he was walking perfect! I still don't let him walk up and down too many stairs nor do i let him jump up onto the couch but just the fact that he is pain free and has a quality of life back, eases my heart and mind! I brought my dog in to be spayed. Every month I’m still going through my male dog trying to hump her. When I called them . They said I need to get my male fixed. I then tell her I have had dogs in the past and once I had the female spayed the male would leave her alone. Then they want to charge me to look her over . Something wasn’t done right when they spayed my Babygirl. I don’t know if it’s because I had a friends of animals Certifacte. That they didn’t do the job right.
