After being with your practice for 10 yrs. you got a bad batch of tick medication , my dog got sick!! When trying to get a refund and we returned unopened meds, you gave my mentally ill husband a hard time!! And then. You threw us out of your establishment?!?!? RecommendedFor everyone who asked me to keep them updated on the new Veterinarian we changed to... I highly recommend East Greenbush Animal Hospital! Dr. Spock was excellent with Bruin. Bruin, is a 177 lb. Anatolian Shepherd and he gets very nervous at the vets. He hasn’t had a good exam and bloodwork in a very long time! They sedated him and gave him a through exam, bloodwork, nails trimmed, ears cleaned and medicated, X-ray of his esophagus and stomach and a few other procedures! They are great! The care the Dr's and staff give our babies. They treat them as if they were their own.
Every time I have come here, setting up an appointment has been easy and available almost immediately, the staff take their time with the pets and the time to explain anything needed to myself. Was hesitant about switching vets when I first moved up here but so glad I did!
The doctors and staff are very caring and really take good care of my pets.
Vets techs and vets are good. Problem is with the front of house and the admin side of the business. In my experience it was nearly impossible to get an actual person on the phone, forcing me to leave messages which almost always went unanswered for days until I called back, sometimes calling back multiple times. Scheduling often got very confusing, with the staff not even knowing what was being scheduled in a few instances. Lots of confusion and apparent lack of communication between the employees.
