I haven’t been to a dentist in many years and finally got insurance but was very nervous since it had been so long. Everyone was super friendly and efficient in getting new X-rays and my cleaning. I had a sensitive cavity that I wanted to get taken care of asap and they were able to get me in two days later. I was also nervous about costs but they broke everything down with me and gave me all the costs before I came in for my fillings. I had multiple cavities filled today and was in and out in an hour. Everyone at East Falls Family Dentistry is wonderful! This was my first visit and I went with multiple questions about my health and insurance. Everyone was patient to explain the processes to me which made me feel very comfortable in a new office. Their office is also close to the regional rail which is very convenient. I am excited to continue working with them!

Dr. Kim was very gentle and highly skilled. The receptionist could not have been nicer. The office was clean and organized. I would highly recommend East Falls Family Denistry!
I been going here for years and liked it until they charged me 62 dollars for a balance they said I owed because they kept scheduling me too early so insurance wouldn’t pay . They stuck me with the bill to their own negligence . Onto the next …. Smh
