Over the past few weeks, my experience at East End Village has gone from frustrating to emotionally distressing. I previously submitted a review expressing concerns, but since then, things have only gotten worse. I have PTSD, and the conditions I’ve been forced to live in have severely impacted my mental health. I’ve continued to find bugs and droppings in my unit, despite repeated pest control visits. Since moving here in January 2025, I have had nothing but great experiences. Melina always promptly replies to any questions. And maintenance repairs or replaces whatever I need when I make a request. I have met some of my neighbors too, and they’re great! The location is super convenient and all the units are GORGEOUS! Absolutely turning into one of the worst places to stay. The new manager does nothing here but place people she doesn't enforce rules so there is trash and dog poop everywhere neighbor's are rude and have no respect for anyone they leave their dogs inside all day so all they do is bark and instead of enforcing rules it all just gets worse... They let homeless people in the hallways somehow they let them get codes or break in and they just tell us to to report it to them we did no reply until I walked in and she couldn't even... read more
I’ve lived here for less than three months and unfortunately have had ongoing issues with my AC not working properly. Despite multiple requests, resets, and temporary patches, the unit continues to fail. While “management” has been polite, the issue remains unresolved for days at a time, and I’ve had to document, follow up, and push hard just to get consistent air conditioning. Be prepared to constantly advocate for yourself if you move here.
Great apartments, better location.
