I’ve lived here since November and love the apartment and the location. Without one major issue, this would easily be a 4–5 star place. The problem is noise. I can hear constant sound from the apartment next door, and it feels like maybe thin walls - not necessarily bad neighbors. I just moved to Tulsa for work and I am currently looking for housing. While staying at a hotel, a friend who lives at East End Village Apartments offered to let me crash at his place for the weekend. I was excited because this was one of the first properties I planned to check out. That excitement didn’t last long. The good: the concept is cute, and the location is great. We have been here 1.5 years this time, but rented here before in 2019 and have had a great experience as far as apartment living goes. The staff is amazing and even with a small crew, they stay on top of cleanliness and issues as realistically as possible. It’s really fun to be able to walk anywhere downtown within 10-15 minutes.

I like the industrial vibes and loft style apartments, but emails to inquire about the community were ignored.
