I’ve lived here since November and genuinely like the apartment layout and the location. Even maintenance is fantastic. Without the one major issue, this would easily be a 4–5 star property. The biggest problem is noise. The walls appear to be very thin, and my neighbors next door one one side create constant disturbances. I just moved to Tulsa for work and I am currently looking for housing. While staying at a hotel, a friend who lives at East End Village Apartments offered to let me crash at his place for the weekend. I was excited because this was one of the first properties I planned to check out. That excitement didn’t last long. The good: the concept is cute, and the location is great.
