I went to East El Paso Animal Hospital today in El Paso, Texas to get My shihtzu, Bentley, his Parvo Vaccine. As everyone knows, Bentley is my little guy, I love him so so much and the last time he had the vaccine (as a puppy) he had an allergic reaction and had to be taken to the ER vet. So, needless to say I was nervous about giving him the vaccine again, but the staff and doctor were absolutely wonderful they gave him a shot of Benadryl and waited the allotted time before giving him the vaccine to make sure my little man ... read more

awesome caring place. my dog got hit by a car and we rushed her there and they took her in right away and explained everything to us.

East El Paso Animal Hospital could improve by giving the patient the attention it need with it's guardian beside it. This way the dog feels safe. Taking an animal away from a person it trust gives the animal defensive and untrusting issues.

When I called East El Paso to see if they could see our family dog who was in pain they told me to bring him right away even though he wasn’t a patient there. The entire staff were very nice, helpful and nurturing. Dr. Schoemann was very sweet, gentle and compassionate. I’m very pleased with the service sweet Enano received and grateful that you took the time to care for his needs when he needed them.

East El Paso animal clinic is great. The employees are very friendly and the dr was great he treated my old girl like his own baby. And he saved her life. I can’t thank them enough.

Best Drs! Although there are a few other vets closer to my home, I drive the extra 15 minutes because they are THE ABSOLUTE BEST! We used to breed golden retrievers and have been going to Dr. Garza for the past 15 years and would recommend him and other drs in a heartbeat. Guarantee you will be happy with the service and staff. Don’t take your fur baby to anyone else ❤️ 🐶

Sadly I'm leaving the office. Due to the long wait times and lack of customer support. I mentioned my severe cat allergies to the staff on a few occasions and pointed out I have an asthma attack after EVERY VISIT! I asked if I could get designated appointments to no avail. I recently decided to get a parrot and asked if their avian vet would call and advise me at their earliest convenience. Well that was probably a week after my TWO phone calls. First time here the staff was very friendly and the vet attentive for 16 week shots of our 2 lab pups. I just think IMO prices are a little high. But overall satisfied and we will be returning for further routine shots and checkups. Oh and they’re pretty busy on the weekends so go early or during the week if possible.
