Because instead of giving me me my nexgard for chihuahua so she won't get parasites. They'd rather charge me an additional 49 dls for an exam cuz she hasn't gone to them in a year. Give me a break people. I just lost my job and I'm trying do the right thing for my best friend but it's all about money for you guy's.
RecommendedBeen taking all my animals their since I owned my first pet in 2000. They are great and fair. they Care for the animals like they are one of their own furbabies. they have great bed side manners and will stay and explain or answer any questions you may have without seeming like they are in a rush to treat and get out.

Relaxing environment for my anxious dog. I don’t know if it was the music or it just smelled great, but my dog is always a nervous wreck at the vet and she was so calm here!! They were great and their prices are wonderful. Also brought my cat in for an emergency and they were great for him as well.
Great staff .. took very good care of my French bulldog and her skin issues
1 they are way overpriced. 2 I took my baby bearded dragon in since he hasn’t eaten in a few weeks. Usually use Johnson’s but they were booked. All the vet did was give me a print out for ADULT bearded dragon care and said I was doing everything wrong and needed to follow the printout for an ADULT. This is not my first dragon so I’m well aware how to take care of them and know there is major care differences between a baby and adult. $100 later, dragon still sick and I feel completely ripped off. While I love most of the staff and the doctors are great you have one lady at the front desk who is very rude and not customer focused. I recommend you get your front desk people all on the same page then you may get more service.
This is the most kind understanding and helpful staff, true animal lovers, had an emergency and when I got there they were waiting outside, Dr. Shamen was amazing and took time with us and our questions, thank you everyone who helped, AMAZING place.
