Ellie Mae absolutely loves the staff. She is always so excited to see everyone and cover them in kisses!!! Dr. Garza has been such a huge help to us. It’s the only vet clinic in the city that our other fur babies feel Comfortable at.
Some of the doctors are very rude and cold and they are honestly quite pricey. I only went because it was an emergency but had I know the kind of service I was going to get I would have traveled elsewhere.
Receptionist who greets customers as they walk in the door is nice to some and rude to others. I haven't felt welcome after spending almost $500 in one visit and yet she is acting like I'm receiving free care for my pet. Can somebody explain to her that my money is part of her paycheck? Not the right place for me or my pet. I will be taking my pet to a more professional place.
Dr. Wolfe was so incredibly caring towards my daughter and me when our Guinea Pig was dying. Not only that, the techs ran out, and raced our little baby back to see if there was anything at all they could do for her. The Dr. took the time to let us, but especially my 11 year old know that we had done nothing wrong for our little Jax. This isn't the first time this office has been there for us, and as long as we are in El Paso, they will always be out vets.
Super friendly staff and Dr. Marquez did awesome with my scardy fur babies. El Paso Animall Hospital is trustworthy and my dogs new healthcare providers!
Loved it...took my baby to get fixed and they were very helpful with all doubts and questions!!! Beautiful place as well!!!
1000 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I have seen my fair share of vets in El Paso, & I must say I have not had such a great experience like I did with Dr. Garza & his staff in a very very long time. They were fast, but extremely informative & efficient! Techs were very caring & helpful. Receptionist in the front had great customer service, also something you rarely see anymore.
