Apartments and resources are great but the HD cable is limited and only up to 720p which is sub standard. If you have an older HDTV you will need to check to see if it has certain specifications or may have issues with cable quality. The internet speed is fast and is fairly reliable. Typically issues were site wide and mostly on the ISP being Elauwit which is basically AT&T.
