Fransisco is a horrible sales man dude sold the vehicle after I got approve then stop answering my calls and had me on rejected had his boss to call and lye about the deal. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Went to look at a 250 there and had a wonderful experience with Tony and Francisco. Unfortunately the sale didn't work out on my end but nevertheless, I have never had such good family customer service from a car dealership. I consider East Dallas Diesels of the highest standards. They actually took the time to talk to me with my millions of questions and genuinely cared to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you for all the help and keep on doing what y'all are doing.

Called for a week on a vehicle. Francisco said he would call me when it was available for a test drive, but instead he sold it without talking to me. I understand needing to make the sale, but I'm pretty disappointed that multiple calls over a week trying to see the car doesn't even get me a call. Didn't even call to say it sold.
By far the best experience in purchasing a car. They made it easy for us to drive in from out of town, view, and purchase the vehicle. They were very honest and friendly.
Would highly recommend East Dallas Diesel. Tony and Mr. Francisco were both great to work with. Very honest folks and customer oriented. I certainly didn't feel pressure but rather folks that wanted to meet my needs. Really enjoyed the experience not to mention seeing some of their other great vehicles. I will do business with again and they will be my first stop when I am looking for my next vehicle. Great price and great folks.
