So I was given Dr Norton as a referral. Heard great things about him. I called and the receptionist was horrible. Complete dialogue. 🙋🏾 Hi. Are you accepting new clients 🤷 Umm ........................ Yes we are (background noise tv, cars, and more) 🙋🏾 Great! Did I call at a bad time(she might be working from home). 🤷 You know this is a dental clinic you called and we're taking new clients, then hangs up. I'm well aware why I called, this was a bad impression.
