First, I want to say that all the staff at East Cobb Family Dental are professional and very good at their jobs. I want to acknowledge the great job Connie, my dental hygienist does at every visit. I have incorporated her suggestions into my daily care of my teeth at home and my routine visits are improving. Due to her encouraging attitude I do not dread my cleaning visits. have been going to ECD for many years, but this was my 1st experience with Elizabeth the new hygienist. It had been over a year since I was there, so she had a lot of work to do ... and she was amazing. She did an ultrasonic cleaning (which I had never had before) and polishing. My teeth look better than ever!!
This is the dentist you look forward to visiting. The office staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. My favorite hygenist,Connie, is highly skilled in both her profession and ability to make her client feel comfortable and happy. And the dentist is just perfect also. All around, just a great place.
Connie is an excellent hygienist and she makes my appointment enjoyable (as enjoyable as teeth cleaning can be!) She asks personable questions and makes me laugh. I am new to adult braces and she made the cleaning process easy and thorough. I was very satisfied with my teeth at the end of my appointment.
My crown came out Friday morning and I was so happy to have it back in the same afternoon! Thank you for getting me in before the Labor Day weekend!
Feel confident that the office knows what they are doing, I'm always welcomed by a smiling face. Connie is the best! My daughter travels all the way from Alabama for her dental needs. Conservative and great!
The cleaning was excellen, quick and easy. The filling replacement went painless and the dentist was very patient and reassuring. I highly recommend to those people who have second thoughts on going to the dentist on a regular basis.
I absolutely love this dentist! I'm from Louisiana and I never want to go back to another dentist back home! At East Cobb Family Dentistry, they are very professional,I was seen right away and they are very affordable! I am glad I chose this place and if needed I will be returning to them! I had my tooth pulled on yesterday 8/29/2016 and I haven't been in any pain what so ever! That's quite different from what I'm use to but I'm enjoying being pain free!
Went to get my 2 yr old daughter glasses after calling them to make sure they had the kind I wanted and that they took our insurance. When we got there one of the first things the girl said to me was she felt sorry for me bc I have quadruplets. Ummm ok? Then the glasses weren't the ones I requested and I was informed the ones they were showing me were all they had. Then I was informed that the frames were on my insurance but the lenses were not.
