Rude staff, very unprofessional, if they don’t know how to deal with people change your career.
Best I have ever seen. Professional from the moment you meet with the front desk, to the gentle eye exam with the Dr. to the complete care with the glasses and lens department. Everyone at East Cobb Eye Center made the appointments a positive experience for our family. I also appreciated the information on the latest technology in eye drops and eye care.
I tried twice to make an appointment on line and that did not work. Never called back the first time and then about two days after I requested an appointment. I have vision insurance which was asked about on the phone an when I got there they had not checked anything. Then they start telling me how much things might cost even though I had full contact exam insurance. Really felt like they were only interested in money. Left and went somewhere else and it was covered Will not go back and would not recommend!!

I have glaucoma, cataracts, and retinopathy at a pretty young age. But for some reason I have no fear because East Cobb Eye Center they take care of me and made me feel so special. When I come in they make me feel so welcome. I thank you guys so much for taking care of me and always smiling when I come in. If you wanted an amazing eye place to come to I would recommend this be your first choice East Cobb Eye Center.
I dropped in at the last minute to fulfill a new eyeglass prescription. The staff was very helpful and informative. They have a wide range of eyeglasses to choose from and in the short time that I've researched new glasses, the price can vary widely. I haven't received my glasses yet, however, I will gladly provide an update.
Horrible. Take your business elsewhere. There are many more professional businesses in town.
