Yes to begin with I am an employee of East Coast, but I wanted to give my review after reading some past reviews. As some of you may know this store has taken on a MAJOR transformation in the last few months! Our GM and close friend Shane Winegar has poured his heart and souL into this restaurant. Never again would I come back. I felt more welcome at Dick's where they're paid to be dicks. Teach ya employees some respect. Our server was even a parenting expert (HAHAHAHA) and too pushy when we were eating. You lost 3 paying customers.
I was a guest at the bar tonight and got food to go. The food gor delivered and i should have checked it but i was too busy catching up with friends. I drove back to Bristol and was missing half of what i ordered. Not impressed at all.
Great wings and fries the best in Kingsport. Their pub pretzels are a great choice for an appetizer.

The food was really good. The problem was we ordered an appetizer before 6pm but was told the fry baket wasn't included. We ordered wings.....waitress in passing ask if we wanted carrots or celery. Said yes,when we got our receipt we were charged .65 for tray of carrots an .40 each for 2 cups of ranch. I like to be told when something cost exta
