The 5 stars is for the exceptional service we were given by our waitress Frankie! This was my family’s 2nd time going. The first time a couple of months ago, service was horrible, the waitress couldn’t have cared less about doing her job. After waiting for an eternity to order, to get drinks etc. then ran out of drinks and never got a refill. After walking out my family decided never to go back... Excellent food, excellent service. Staff goes over and above.
Went to the one in Johnson City,Got there at 3:15 to eat from the lunch menu the waitress asked if we wanted an appetizer and that they were half off so i ordered the sampler.It took over 15 minutes and then the manager shows up to tell me the sampler isnt on the half price item so me and my family ordered some food in which she said that lunch was over.It was 3;32.Well Hello if the waitress had came back we would have had plenty time to order.All in all a terrible experience.
Always a good experience here! This past Saturday we had a little bit longer than normal wait time on our food. Our waitress happened to be the manager and she brought us a free appetizer and discounted our bill for the wait. I was really impressed, awesome customer service! Thanks for a great meal!!
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere! We enjoyed the AuJus Serious Roast beef on flatbread sandwich, club sandwich, baked chicken mac-n-cheese, seasoned ale battered French fries, homemade chips, mozzarella cheesesticks, and beer cheese pretzels. This equated to two meals each for the three of us. Sooo good and we'll definitely eat there regularly!
When my daughter and I walked in we stood in front of the cashier for a full 2 minutes before she even acknowledged us. We were seated and told that our server would be with us shortly. We waited for a bit and the cashier came back and said she would get our drink order because our server was busy at the moment. After we got our drinks, we sat for 20 minutes. We decided to leave.
