I never give reviews, I usually keep my opinions to myself. But here I am, they have went downhill tremendously! Went today the appetizer was good, everything came out quickly. BUT.. my 2 year old got a chocolate milk, it looked really light in color didn't pay much attention to it until I was getting ready to leave. Took my baseball team to the one in Kingsport after they played 2 games that day in a tournament. Got that there around 9:30pm and didn’t know what to expect. Let’s just say they went all out for us and service was outstanding!!!
Service was great and very professional. Prices are quite reasonable. And the food was wonderful as always.
The food was amazing! But service wasn't the best or acceptional! Ordered food and never seen our server again...needed drinks refilled etc. Never seen him untill food came out another waitress got some things we needed. He did better at the end when we were leaving.
Last night was by far the worst experience that I've had there. It took over an hour for us to get our food. The waiter didn't keep up with our drink refills so we ended up taking them to the bar inside to get our own. When our food finally came out my skillet cookie dessert was burnt on the bottom and my daughters ice cream bowl was almost all melted. Then to top off the horrible service, a few of our bills were wrong and we were also shorted on our change.
Taylor was very knowledgeable about the menu, mebeing a first time patron. She was upbeat & not pushy. Really enjoyed the food. Only thing I didn't like was the harsh outside lighting.
