Went to have a beer with friends after work, the lady behind the bar was the most loud and rude person I've ever dealt with in a restaurant business setting I will never go back thanks to her...
We were there on our lunch hour. The waitress brought our water. There were customers at only a couple of tables. Twenty plus minutes later, a waitress comes over saying "you ready?" My husband told her half joking that we had "been" ready. She told us she was busy. Then she just stood there with her hands at her side. We were unsure if she was ready to take order. Service was disappointing, all I am testing was a desert, it was 10:30, they close at 11:00, but they close the kitchen.????
We have eaten here a few times, but today was the BEST experience by far. The appetizers were awesome, and our wings were great until my friend bit into one that was nearly black in the center. Jimmy was quick to get the manager (Jonathan Wallace),who quickly swooped in, removed all food from the table and offered suggestions for appeasing us. He went above what we expected, and has created long term, loyal customers. Best customer service in town!
I've been to East Coast numerous times. We've always had good food, but service was sketchy. Decided to give it another shot tonight & we're glad we did! Our server was Dee and she was fantastic!
Great food, great ppl. Most have become family
I get the same waiter (I don't remember his name) but he is totally awesome too US and make our experience great every time plus he know I love buffalo Mac and cheese and brings me some without me asking
