We went to ECW, 8/19/17. Food was great as always, our first time at Greenville NC location. They were s little busy had a little league team in house but everyone, especially the Manager Trey was right on point. We all order 3 different flavors of wings and of course cannot go to ECW without getting my lava petals all was awesome 😁☺. Trey made a point to stop and check on us a few times even though they and he were busy, he made the rounds. Terrible experience. Came at lunch on a TUESDAY, only 3 other tables... 3 servers. We ordered the food and waited over 45 minutes and it all came out cold. The waitress was not attentive at all, the manager came and asked how everything was and we told her. She then said well what do you want me to do? Seriously. Aren't you the manager?! I sent back my food and refused to pay for it. I will not come back, ever! I used to order from here almost on a weekly basis.
Asked if we could use a coupon. They said yes. Than you go to pay and you can't use the coupon. Server was not knowledgeable about the menu at all. I will never go back.
Was not impressed. Went for my best friends birthday. Sweet potatoe fries were burnt. Waitress got too busy, didn't return to ask if we wanted anything else to drink. Will not be going back.
First time but not the last. Food and service was awesome. See ya's next time!!
The bacon cheeseburger quesadilla here is delicious!!!! �������
