Poor greeting and seating (2nd time for lack of greeting), fries cold and wings were soggy. Way to cold in the building so food chilled as soon as it was on the table. Will not return.
I have NEVER received such POOR service from a restaurant in my life. It took me just as long to pay my bill as it did for me to eat my meal. You know it is bad when customers around you ask you if your service sucked!
Food was very good, waitress was excellent, we would go again.
Overpriced staff seems less than interested if your looking for a warm friendly atmosphere this is not the place. Get staff that are warm and inviting and maybe you will fill your parking lot up more .This place is one step above the country bar stool for the money you pay its not worth a return trip
This place used to be good but has severely gone down hill! Tonight takes the cake...waitress constantly disappearing, taking forever to get drinks, Splenda, silverware etc. Then we get undercooked chips then burnt chips. Our wings were cold, and not even the right flavor ordered. All in all a horrible experience and it will be a while before we go back, if at all. Don't waste your money!
HORRIBLE!!!!! took me over a hour and a half to get my food and when I finally got it it was wrong. Forgot my French fries. Got my drink order wrong twice. Didn't even offer to give me a discount. When I told the waitress to just give me a to go box she acted like a child dropped my wings on the table and stomped away. Still don't think my wings are right because they are extremely hot and I ordered medium. I wouldn't even give it one star but I had to give it something. I suggest not going there ever!!!!
