We had a great dining experience. Great service and great food. And the management made every effort to make it comfortable by coming up to our table and to see how everything was. And the service was great!

We never received any service again after getting our food. Never refilled my water, never checked on us to see if we needed anything. Never offered us dessert. Finally at least 30 mins later a different waitress dropped our check off. I watched her eating food while behind the bar but couldn’t be inconvenienced long enough to do her job and refill my drink, offer me dessert, or complete my check. Worst service I’ve ever had!
good music... then the food arrived.. 100% sorry to say it best! Question being... was that meal worth me breaking my back & sweating for 4hours? Absolutely NOT! Carnival grub @ best. Will never return!! Zaxbys is only 3miles away! Doubt owners will respond to this... yes, I could do much better!
We had a party of 23 people and Sanna was our waitress. She went above and beyond to make us happy! Drinks stayed full and table stayed cleaned. Food came out fast and everything tasted great! Will for sure use them again for parties and will always be requesting Sanna!
Who ever is running this place, if you're trying to get it to tank, you're doing a great job. The place use to be great.. You have a good menu, good tap selection and bottled selection. But everything that is staff related (cleanliness and service) I would give as the worst rating in Greenville. Infact I'd say within the next 5 counties it's the worst.
Have ordered take out wings before and not bad. Just ate inside for the first time tonight around 6:30 and service is probably the worst ever. So kids and I got a to go boxes and left. I will never order or eat there again.
