Excellent service and a super friendly staff! LOVE IT!
Shipping sucks. They charged me 31.99 for shipping and ups ground was 10.30. I even asked for a quote on shipping when I ordered it and my request was ignored, when I wrote them an email to ask why the charged triple the shipping I was told that was a "handling charge" it was non negotiable and "get over it". 31 shipping on a 39 dollar item shipped within the same state 10 lb box. Total rip off do not use these people.
