Just recently started with East Coast Services. I researched online for a new company for service on my AC unit. On several sites, the review were good so I called to setup an appointment to sign up with a yearly maintenance agreement. Lisa was very helpful and explained the procedure and terms of the agreement. When the technicians came out, Brock was very professional and exact in checking the unit and doing the standard maintenance on the unit. I had a new unit installed in my condo recently and I was very pleased with their work. Matt led the installation team and Lisa was very knowledgeable about what had to be selected and the County regulations as well. I surely would recommend this AC company.

I've been using East Coast Services for years. They are a pleasure to deal with, are professional and knowledgeable. Their technicians and office staff are always helpful. I have an annual contract with them which gives me peace of mind.. Over the years I have had them replace two air conditioning units and I never feel as though I need to worry about the workmanship. Lisa, in the office, is terrific.
