I called East Coast Services on a Saturday because my ** line was clogged and I wanted it cleaned that same day. Good news - they were available same day. Bad news - they blew the ** drain line pipe, which we discovered next morning; by that time water was dripping from the selling in the downstairs room. I called the company again and left voicemail. It's been a week, I still haven't heard back.A different company thankfully was able to come and fix the drain pipe. Now I need to replace half the selling in that room, repain... read more

East Coast did a fantastic job helping me install a new mini-split unit. They first tried to salvage what I had, but it made more sense to replace the unit. I felt like they were honest, and communicated well. I will definitely be calling them for future AC needs.

Their maintenance people are very good about providing notifications and confirmations of work to be done and completed. Overall, I would recommend them to homeowners for HVAC needs.
