I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with an agent named Alexander Dimopoulos regarding a laundromat inquiry. During a phone call, he spoke to me in a hostile and aggressive tone, repeatedly using inappropriate language and making demeaning comments. He questioned my intelligence and continued to insult me even after I calmly tried to explain my side.
