I have been going to East Coast Clinic for a few years now when I have Feral from TNR and my foster kittens all go to East Coast to be fixed. The staff is great and very helpful. They take extra care of the animals and recommend East Coast to anyone that needs their pets spayed or neutered

Women in front desk with brown hair needs to learn to be professional around people. She was very cold/off. They need to rehire people in the front desk who can talk to other people properly in a professional decent manner. Every question I had she would snap at me quickly/rudely. If you go there be prepared to worry about your pet until you pick them up between the times 7am-9am. Would of gave them 1 star but they charge very nicely for shots/getting your pet fixed.
I called there Monday the day after mothers day and inquired about finding a vet to fix and remove a mass from my 10-yr old female dog. Most other places were seriously outrageously priced or just sounded rude. But not this place Between the girls up front, Courtney, and the vet Dr. Cummings, let me tell you...I personally hugged him and thanked him from the bottom of my heart. These women and man are a blessing to animals and families like mine! Keep up the amazing work East Coast New Jersey Spay Clinic, I will be back.
Just by the way the person answering the phone, I would never go there. The way she talked with her attitude, she should not be answering phones and questions. I will go somewhere where people have a better attitude. PS...if you are not happy at your job you should look for another one, because you sure do not like talking to anyone!
