The receptionist is nasty. She talks over you and doesn’t listen to your questions before yelling at you. Couldn’t even get anything scheduled because she’s so nasty. Wouldn’t leave my baby with someone like that. Awful first impression.
Dropped my puppy Ella off this morning and the woman at the front desk Miss personality was very rude. when the tech came out to get my my dog she was nice presented herself well. due to the one person per pet is allowed in the waiting room. I understand that was not a problem. when we went to go pick up my dog Miss personality at the front desk left my wife waiting while she emptied her purse counted some cash and threw her cigarette pack on the counter. I walked in with a mask on there was no other visitors in the waiting ... read more
Please find a better place to take your pet!! Couldn’t even breathe when I walked in the smell of cat urine was so overwhelming! The whole place looked like it had never been cleaned. They lady at the desk didn’t wear her mask covering her nose so I don’t know what covid practices they follow. There were random cats running around and dirty cat beds. The lady said call after 2:30 to check on the surgery, I called at 3 and they didn’t even get to my kitten yet. So I guess he was sitting in his carrier from 8am until then?! An... read more
I found this facility to be friendly and compassionate. It’s a very busy facility so they my seem a little standoffish. But they provide a necessary service to the community. What made me very happy is that her incision has healed with minimal scaring. I recommend this facility to anyone who is doing TNR or even if they need their pet neutered. #zoeythead... read more
When I rescued my puppy part of the adoption fee with the rescue was to cover the cost of having her spayed through this clinic, I should’ve researched more into it but since the rescue highly recommended them and all their adoptions go through them I didn’t. My fault, I now see many bad reviews, confirming my experience. The techs seemed sweet when they came out to get my puppy and brought her back to me. But the lady who answers the phone and takes her CC info is extremely rude and cold. She should not be doing a job like ... read more
