The RUDEST, UNCOMPASSIONATE front desk person we have ever experienced. I am sure they have lost a ton of business directly from her. Next time we will go elsewhere

I have had multiple cats spayed here and I’m quite annoyed with the service here. My cats were all fine with normal behavior after surgery nothing wrong with the procedures. But the lady at the front desk was pretty rude when asked questions. Now going to book another appointment I’ve been calling for the past week multiple times a day and no answer, with the voicemail saying call back during “normal business hours” when that’s the only time I’ve called. I have a feral that seems to have an eye problem. Since I can't get her to a vet, I called to see if the clinic could give me some advice. I'd taken 5 Ferals there in the past to be spayed. Both the lady on the phone and the girls in the office were all very helpful and nice. I was able to get some medicine to put in her food and they were very helpful with some of my other questions. Plus there are 3 gorgeous, very well-cared for cats that live there that are so friendly and happy, the people must be nice. 🐾👍🏻

They really need to hire some better front desk help, the woman is so rude. These animals are our babies and to be treated rudely for being concerned about our animals is not ok. Always has an excuse of why she has an attitude or why she comes off rude. Maybe dealing with the public isn’t your ideal job then
