I was there a few weeks ago and sat with a woman in their window and door department about getting replacement parts for my Andersen door - she told me how to measure the door properly and told me to take some pictures and bring it all back and they could look up the product and see if parts were available. We had the best experience yesterday when product we ordered and had delivered wasn’t exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately we had to send the material back. After calling to explain what we needed it for, they offered to have us down to hand select the pieces we needed. They then had it all delivered to our house same day. The staff was extremely understanding and considerate to our needs. Love supporting local!
East Coast Lumber really gave me great service today. I had a problem with some mulch that they delivered and, mistakenly had some loam mixed in it, When I told them the problem, they sent over a new load of mulch - no questions asked. East Coast Lumber is first class.
We purchased our snow blower from East Coast! They were great, accomodating with the time and day of delivery and once delivered the driver showed me how to use the machine, started it up and it moved it to my desired location!!
