I had to go there today for some new pipes. I received help from a guy named Pat. He was great. Very helpful and friendly and patient! We were all wearing masks and taking safety measures to give space. It was a great experience.
They have great products and ok service but bad customer services. I bought a blower from them, they ended up charging me over 1000 dollars extra for it. All they could say was it could be a week before they could get my money back. They literally drained my whole checking account. Very very bad customer service.

Because of the unusual work we do (building/modifying off road trailers and trucks and more) we tend to buy a lot of hardware, electrical items and tools. My favorite place to get them is East Coast Lumber. The staff is knowledgeable, quick to help and friendly. I prefer to buy from local merchants especially when they are worth it.
