These guys are liars. RUN!! – So, I was desperate for a used vehicle and I called east coast imports. The employee I talked to was very confident that I could get a car given my situation. I explained everything to him and he still gave me the nod. I struggled to get there with no vehicle and was turned away, and had to ride back 2 hours without a car! don't go here, run away!
buyer beware – don't purchase cars from these people because they don't know how to handle paperwork, the owner is never around and his employees are helpless & cannot do anything unless he's there, the employees lie, they're shady and decieve buyers. they put a lien against my car after i paid in full for it right then and there and now i'm trying to sell it and can't because the title shows there's a lien on it when there shouldn't be, nobody in the office can help because they are brain damaged and the owner seems to have... read more
purchased an 02 Acura from Jeremy a sales associate at East Coast Imports. The car was very nice and clean, but was sold "as is". The day it was financed I immediately noticed the transmission slipping. I started out very upset. I contacted Jeremy, he put me intouch right away with Shad the Interenet manager/buyer. He was so kind and understanding. He immediately asked me to bring it back, he rode with me to understand the issue better.
