Have used East Coast for the last several years! Installed a new furnace/ac unit for me couple years ago. Do awesome work and even better customer service! Wouldn’t call anyone else.
My heat cut out in the middle of the coldest night of the year. I thought I'd be one of many asking for help. In the morning, the heat was back on. I called first thing and spoke to Jason. He assured me he would be out that morning to look everything over. I live alone so this was a comfort. Jason came on time and listened attentively to my concerns.and checked out the furnace. Had a great experience today with Jay at East Coast Heating and Cooling. The entire team was incredibly responsive and fixed our heat at a very reasonable price. We had gotten a quote from another service provider and it would appear that this other quote was not only inflated, but also fixed things that did not require fixing. We will be using East Coast as our service provider from now on. Thank you!
