I couldn't be happier. I called East Coast in the morning and they were out at the house before lunchtime. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had it repaired, all in less than an hour. And at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend East Coast Heating & Cooling!
First time customer and they gave me an immediate appointment. They were on time and finished up in record time. They were extremely pleasant and professional. I'm glad I called them first!
Excellent service. I had two young men come today and perform maintenance. Eugene came in and suggested additional maintenance but I didn't feel pressure to purchase. He answered all my questions and didn't rush me into making a fast decision. Jason was very helpful with maintenance issues. They are very responsive after hours and on the weekend.
Can't say enough good things about Jason and East Coast. Spoke with Chelsea the night before. He fit us in to check the AC at the last minute the next morning. Came right on time. Fixed the problem immediately. Great price. Thank you Jason and Chelsea for great service!
If I could give 100 star review I would. Jason and his team did an amazing job installing new furnace and AC unit. They are very polite and friendly and their knowledge of their job is exemplary. They clean up everything before they leave too.
