Very kind an compassionate team. I've gone in for ear trouble and also to get musician ear plugs. I had great experiences both times. There were no hidden or sneaky fees. I felt listened to and thoroughly examined for any problems, not rushed to get the next patient in. Great communication and a lovely team.

My visit with audiologist Simon Pawlowski was both informative and productive. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable and non-clinical. I learned why I found noisy social situations so irritating, and fatiguing. I'm looking forward to my trial-run hearing aids.
