An attacking experience from start to finish. Everything ran smoother than silk. I wish all contractors were this good. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
I paid the deposit on 3/24/25 and was told it would take “3 weeks” from then to have the job completed. They finished up 6/19/25. This was a very small job (49 sf). The fabricators cut the kitchen sink too big which caused this whole delay/nightmare. The installers put a backsplash over a fridge panel and they said it would destroy the panel if they pulled it off so I let that go even tho it took up precious counter space and looks stupid , they didn’t put a backsplash behind the stove (they did fix that) they left cut piece... read more
Be sure to ask and work with Andrea! Professional and knows how to design. She will exhaust all options. We gained more space due to her creativity! She follows through to the end!
Honestly, our only issue with this company is the product itself. We had a fantastic experience with the salesman and even the installation crew; They were all amazing. However, we bought their quartz countertops in Zen and it is just not holding up at all. We were under the impression that quartz is really strong and durable and could withstand anything but we're barely 2 years in and our countertops are stained and scratched and there's even chips coming out in places.
