We had a great experience with everyone from East cost. From the salesperson, Brooke, to the other folks who answered a few random questions I popped in to ask, the folks in Greenville who went over my specific slabs and edge design and finally, the installers, who were neat, friendly and did an amazing job on site. I have recommend East Coast Granite to several people who have since used them and have been pleased as well.
At the recommendation of several friends I went to East Coast tile in Asheville when I began my kitchen remodel. When I walked in the door for the first time Michael, was very informative and helpful .He went beyond just trying to sell me a product and took time to answer all my questions..When setbacks occurred in the timing of the project he was sure to follow up and accommodated the needs to move forward. One BIG mistake during the installation changed my entire opinion of the company. In hindsight, I noticed a disconnect with all the people involved in our project but assumed it was normal. In a nutshell, prepare to deal with 3 separate departments... very separately. The sales rep handled the quoting and ordering. The measuring appointment went OK with a second associate, but we had questions after he left, and we were not permitted to talk to him. After looking for new countertops for some time I finally chose quartz "white Zen". Initially I wasn't aware of the many steps in the process but Toni was always helpful in explaining the steps and keeping me informed. I LOVE the installed product and would recommend East Coast Granite to anyone! Thank you for making my dream kitchen a reality!
