I had a strange noise coming from the front of my 2008 Sequoia when running > 10-12 mph in 4wd. Took it in this morning on my way to work. They were able to get a quick test drive and pulled it in to find the problem. I found out about them from www.toyotanation.com and I was lucky enough to work about 10 minutes from their shop! Very professional and quick service. I would not hesitate to use them again!
I highly recommend ECGS. Their customer service is great. They stand by their warranty if anything goes wrong or if you aren’t satisfied. Chase has been great to work with. Their front diff fix for the 07+ tundras also works great!
was deliberately shipped an open package with missing parts totally unacceptable
I purchased the bushing kit for IFS Toyota and it was a great kit! The install was straight forward and their needle bearing removal tool was great! 10/10 would do again!
A HUGE thanks to Chase, John and the rest of the crew at ECGS! Our Roadtrek camper van had a new differential installed less than 10 months ago and due to issue with the original repair our differential ground to a halt, but lucky for us we were passing through Raleigh when it happened. Not only did ECGS fix it right this time, the gave us clear care instructions, but most importantly they squeezed us into their busy schedule to get us back in the road in a day!! East Coast Gear Supply saved our road trip!!!!
