Great customer service and shipping. I ordered parts yesterday and Matt promptly called me to advise part of my order was out of stock. They upgraded me to more expensive parts free of charge and shipped same day. my parts arrived in less than 24 hours from purchase. I also like that these guys dont just sell parts, they use them too. I've talked to ECGS employees on the trail driving their personal rigs.
