I ordered two of the same part with out realizing it. They e mailed me before shipping to see if I ment to. They fixed it before they shipped it.
ECGS had the parts and the time to install new gears on my vehicle with three day notice. I love these guys. I was told they were the best in the nation and I have to say after my experience with them, I believe it.
Have to say i held off on a review as I had an issue with my truck for some time after getting my rear end back. I took the truck back to them after some extensive rear end work and told them the issues and they took the time to listen, understand, and fix the issue without question. Got the truck back today and it's running better than ever. Just to be clear, they had to use a different set of axles as mine couldn't be resplined, and this was after we already had all the measurements in place so was an honest mistake. Custo... read more

Excellent, excellent, excellent! I got 4.10s and ARBs! Close to 40,000 miles of trouble-free driving, towing, and wheeling! From ordering to delivery, my experience was excellent! Even months after install, call backs with answers to my questions were prompt and friendly! I gotta get down to the shop some day! I'm so sorry I waited so long to give this review!
