DO NOT EVER USE THIS REPAIRER IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR BACK IN USABLE CONDITION. I was forced by my insurer (Budget Direct- don't ever use them either!) To use this repairer, my car took 5 months for a bumper repair, it went back twice because they 'forgot' to repair the rear hatch, then the paint had runs, the panels were loose, WHICH I HAD TO TIGHTEN MYSELF and to top it off the bonnet came open, WHILST DRIVING, two months later and wrote my car off due to their shoddy workmanship!
