RecommendedThey are honest and fair. When we called them to replace what we thought was a dead ac, they did a $75 repair and it runs fine still - That was 10 years ago. They could have taken advantage of us and sold us a new unit, like we thought we needed but they didn't.

We called several companies to check out the a/c problem at our rental house and give us an estimate . East Coast Air and Heat was the most thorough by far in examining the problem, and then again in helping us understand our options for a new unit. Then, two days later, we had a problem with the a/c here in our own home. John came out immediately, after hours, and solved the problem for us - our hero in this July heat!
