Your COVID curbside is ridiculous. Businesses are now back open and yet you refuse to open your doors! Now we even have to process our own payments for you. Or give you my card with my PIN - awesome.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! Always have a spot open for last minute emergencies. Just called about a gecko in need and within 3 hours we were in and out with a much happier lizard! 😁 can’t beat their prices either! Always highly recommend East central! Thank you guys for all you do!!!
My wife and I recently took our 11 year old pug mix here due to some serious neurological issues she was having. Dr Pust and the staff have been absolutely wonderful through all this, very kind and professional through everything. it's just not common enough to find "genuine compassion" like we found here. we got medication that helped eleviate the symptoms for awhile, although her situation was progressive and we finally had to make the heart wrenching decision to put her to sleep. We had to take my Allie kat In because she wasn’t eating and drinking much. They did a thorough examination and found a big mass. I wasn’t going to let her suffer any more. The staff was so courteous and compassionate they felt our pain. We put Allie kat down. Everyone and everything was explained to us. The next day her paw prints came in. I can not say enough about how great east central vets. Are. Thank you Thank you Thank you. Allie is pain free and happy in heaven.
I take my dog here and I'm pleased with the Dr's my dog has seen... I've only seen the younger Dr's and they are really good with my dog.
We have had two appointments here so far and everyone we have interacted with have been amazing. We are so happy to be able to bring our dog to such an amazing facility.
Today was an awful day for my family. My Service Dog took a drastic turn downhill practically over night and his organs shut down. My normal vet turned us away due to not having payments in full but ECV went above and beyond to comfort me today as we came to the harsh conclusion of putting my boy down. They took the best of care in him and comforted us today. We will be bringing our pets here and becoming regulars after how wonderful they were to us all.
My first visit to East Central Veterinarians was unfortunately an urgent visit last Saturday, when my little guy Beau was struggling with the end stages of congestive heart failure. My regular vet is closed on weekends, so my daughter recommended this vet and met us there. Dr. Pust was absolutely wonderful and calm and treated us like family, even though we had never met before. She and her staff eased my mind and helped me to help Beau in his hour of need. I will never forget her kindness <3
