RecommendedAwesome staff whether it be the front receptionist, nurses or doctors. Always caring and always do their best to help you. They personally take the time to listen and hear me. I have been seeing them over 2 years and glad they are a part of my healthcare team. I go to Roanoke Rapids and have been pleased with Dr. Thomas and his staff. His PA is great too. The previous one always mentioned weight loss. I am 66 years old and don’t need a lecture but Alexa is complimentary if I lose 2 pounds. You want to do better

I have been a patient for yrs and 8 have never been more disappointed than yesterday. first a positive covid19 patient comes in and was allowed sit at the table temps were taken. When that person left the nurse wiperd down the area with one sanitizing wipe and did not touch the doors. You are medical professionals and should know that to kill a virus you have to disinfect to.
